By accessing, registering or using any part of the 9asia platform — whether through the website or mobile application — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms & Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9asia as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

9asia operates under international licensing and is subject to applicable legal compliance requirements. All services are provided solely for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users.

To open an account at 9asia, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• Age limit: You must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Identity: The registration information provided must be accurate, complete and reflect your true identity. Identity documents such as MyKad or passport may be required for verification.
• One account only: Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all such accounts.

9asia reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity verification from account holders. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction on the account until verification is complete.

9asia accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods suited to Malaysian users. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Available deposit methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — via the Touch 'n Go application
• DuitNow — instant transfer using mobile number or IC number
• FPX Online Banking — via online banking from various local banks
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH accepted at current market rates

Minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. No processing fee is charged by 9asia on your deposit, although your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges.

Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only. 9asia does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the 9asia account holder.

Players may make withdrawals at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Identity verification: Withdrawals may be subject to an identity verification process, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.

If there are any outstanding wagering requirements (for example related to a bonus received), withdrawals cannot be processed until those conditions are met. Bonus funds that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

9asia reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request. This process is to protect the security of your account and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

9asia offers various types of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before being claimed.

Welcome Bonus: 9asia offers a first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

VIP Cashback Programme: Eligible members receive weekly cashback based on their membership tier — Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is credited automatically to qualifying accounts.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the systematic use of low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The 9asia platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sic bo and fishing games. Each game category has its own rules set out within the game interface itself.

All game results generated by the system are final. Winnings are automatically credited to the player's account once the result is confirmed. If there is any dispute regarding a game result, 9asia will conduct an investigation based on the system records kept.

• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the policy set by the relevant game provider.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds set at the time the bet is placed. Changes to odds after a bet is accepted do not affect existing bets.

9asia maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity or registering with false information.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 9asia customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

9asia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Suspicious activity or conduct that breaches anti-money laundering policies.
• A request from the account holder for self-exclusion purposes.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, funds associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the player, any valid balance will be withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
